A Famous North-Indian Side dish that has become a World Popular Gravy,It goes well with naan,chapathis,rotis.my hubby loves to eat this dish very much & He used to walk around the kitchen while am making it & swallows the panneer cubes.Its a rich side dish with a mild taste makes everyone to taste more.
Ingredients:-

8.Now add the milk&cashew paste & stir it. 
Bay Leaves(Biriyani Elai) - 1.
Cloves (lavangam)- 2.
Onion - 1/4 cup(Finely Chopped).
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp.
Panneer - 1 cup( cube cuts).
Green peas - 1 cup(Boiled Separately).
Butter - 1/2 cup.Water - 1/2 cup.
Spices:- 
Raw Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp.
Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp.
Garam Masala - 1 tsp.
Cumin Powder(seeragam) - 1/4 tsp.
Fennel Powder(soambhu) - 1/4 tsp.
Make a Paste Separately:-
Onion - 1(big).
Tomato - 1(big).
Milk - 1/2cup.
Cashew nut - 6 to 8.
Preparation:-
1.In a kadai , Add 5 tsp of butter,Let it heat.
2.Add cloves,bay leaves, chopped onion & Fry it till golden brown.
3.Add the ginger garlic paste & Fry it.
4.Now add the onion paste & Keep stirring till the raw smell goes out.
5.Now add all the spices & Mix well in.
6.Close the lid for 5 minutes /Add Tomato puree now.Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
7.Add the boiled peas now & Stir it / add 1/2 cup of water.Close the lid & Let it cook.
9.Keep a pan in medium flame,Add the remaining butter in it / Let it heat.
10.Now deep fry the panneer cubes in the butter / Drain them in a Paper Towel.
11.Sprinkle some turmeric powder (If u want) on the panneer.
12.Now panneer is ready to add in the Gravy.
13.Add the panneer & The remaining butter /Stir well.
14.Garnish with Coriander Leaves if u want.

Note:-
* If you want you can add fresh peas,It will increase the taste.
* If you are diet conscious,Fry the panneer cubes in 3 tsp of Ghee.
