Javarasi Upma(Sago Stir Fry).

Believe it or not,This sago stir fry tastes like Heaven.I don't like the taste of curd,But when i tried this ,its yummy,The soft crunchy sago melts in our mouth in each & every bite.
It don't need any side dish to eat with it.I Bite this with a couple of murukku.I hope you will also try this & Enjoy.
Ingredients:-

Oil - 2 tsp.
Mustard Seeds (kadugu) - 1/2 tsp.
Urad Dal(ulutham paruppu) - 1/2 tsp.
Channa Dal(kadalai paruppu) - 1 tsp.
Javarisi (sago)- 1 cup.
Thick Curd - 1 cup.
Moong Daal(paasi/payitham paruppu) - 1/2 cup.
Shredded Coconut - 1/2 cup.
Onion - 3/4 cup(chopped).
Green Chili - 4(slitted).
Curry Leaves - 10.

Preparation:-
1.Soak Javarisi(sago) in 1 cup of Thick Curd for about 1 hour till the curd gets completely absorbed by the sago.

2.Pressure cook the Moong Daal for 2 visils.Keep it aside.

3.In a pan,pour 2 tsp of oil &Let it heat.

4.Add the mustard seeds/urad dal/channa dal/curry leaves.

5.Add the green chili's/onion & Fry it till golden brown.

6.Add the sago & Fry it/add the moong dal/stir well for a minute.

7.Turn off the gas,sprinkle the shredded coconut , stir it & serve.
