Delicious Gulab Jamoon .

I want to share some Delicious and Tasty Recipes with you. I start with a Sweet today..
This yummy dish always reminds me my mom..while she fries the jamoons the aroma will keep me to run into the kitchen and grab it countlessly.I love the jamoons .



Ingredients:-
For Jamoons:-
Maida-1 cup.
Milk powder-1 cup.
Bread-3(optional)(remove the sides).
Condensed milk-1 cup.
Milk-1/2 cup.
Salt-a pinch.

For Sugar Syrup:-

Sugar-2 cups.
Water-2 cups.
Cardamom pods-3.
Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp.

Preparation:-

1.Mix every ingredients for jamoon & make it like a chappathi dough.

2.Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

3.Now apply Ghee or oil in your hands & roll the dough into small balls.

4.Keep each ball in the center of your hand & roll it, to prevent it from breaking.

5.Fry the jamoons in oil in a medium heat throughout.

6.Drain it & put it in a tissue paper.

7.Add water& sugar in a vessel in a medium heat for 10-15 mins.

8.Turn off the gas ,add the cardamom pods,vanilla essence .

9.Finally add the jamoons in the syrup.

10.Delicious jamoons will be ready in minutes,enjoy.






Beetroot Halwa.

This Beetroot Halwa is very easy to make & It tastes delicious .Great way to attract kids to eat Beetroot.Even when i was a kid ,My mom always made this halwa to make to eat beets.



Ingredients:-

Beetroot - 1 big.
Whole milk - 1 1/2 cup.
Sugar - 1 cup.
Ghee - 8 tsp.
Cashews - 20.
Almonds - 10.

Preparation:-

1.Peel the Beetroot Skin & Grate it finely in a Grater.
2.In a Cooker,add Milk & the Grated Beetroot Together & Keep it for 2 visils till its fully Cooked.
3.In a Kadai,add 3 tsp of Ghee & Add the Beetroot Mixture in it & Stir it.
4.Always keep the Gas in medium heat throughout the Process.
5.Now add the Sugar slowly & Stir it continously til its well blended with the Mixture.
6.The mixture is started to loosen now because of the added sugar.
7.Keep Stirring, its starts to Thicken,Now add the remaining 3 tsp of Ghee.
8.Keep Stirring until its Thicken.
9.Add Ghee in another pan /Add thin sliced Cashews/Almonds & fry it.
10.Garnish the Halwa with the Nuts.
